One of the early houses in Deep Creek Valley, Mom & Dad’s Place was built in the 1930s, facing East with a view across the Valley to the mountains beyond. Guests love to gather on the wide front porch with rockers and a swing to welcome the day with a morning cup of coffee or to swap stories at night.

Inside, the living room has plenty of seating for visiting or watching the cable TV. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other bedroom has two full-sized beds. Both rooms have antique dressers and cedar lined closets; linens are provided. There’s one bath with tub/shower, hair dryer, soaps and plenty of towels; and a washer and dryer, too.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. You’ll find all the utensils you need for cooking and dining. There’s a dining table for four in the kitchen; and the wide front porch has a large picnic table when you have the urge to cook on the outdoor stone barbeque grill.

Heated and air-conditioned. Ceiling fans. Maximum occupancy of 6. No pets. No smoking. 2-night minimum.

Rates: January thru March $85 per night or $500 week plus tax. April thru December $105 per night or $650 week plus tax
